Be aware that nearby Nisch Val Guards may completely heal him.

On green it is now a /list camp lvl 39+ necro only (comment- most likely outdated/inaccurate as Brain of the Ishva Mal is required for The Summoning of Dread quest and Dread Forged Shield. Will confirm shortly.)
