This is a bot I wrote in PHP to get around some of the limitations in Mediawiki.

It does batch item page creation (similar to Rav's ItemUtil) then directly uploads the item icon images (using token magic found here). It creates a XML file compatible with Mediawiki exports that can be imported using Special:Import.

Let me know if you want the source to work on anything similar (e.g. NPC scraper) for the wiki.
