Description
Penmaster's PH are right outside the Jail in Droga, two spiders. You can solo pull the one spider by casting a snare (Dooming Darkness casted as a L53 SK) from inside the jail, through both doors, on the spider and get no adds. Penkeeper spawns right inside the jail cells, seems like all 3 of the goblins can spawn a "named" who drops a key. You can strafe through the jail cell doors, but jiggling back and forth.
