Can buy lightstones in bulk from merchants in karanas.. as well as buy them from people in EC tunnel.. buy for 10 plat for greater lightstones and 1 plat for lesser.. do turn in and make your money back from quest turn in. If you need a quest to get your faction up to indifferent (its the only quest im aware of to do while you aren't indifferent that won't ruin other factions... is a nice one for iksars also so they have somewhere to bank in antonica) I would suggest doing the Evil Research quest... it can be done with scowling faction.. I was able to go from scowling to amiably with 150 light stones so takes less to get to indifferent.
