Description
PH's are any of the roaming sarnak spawns in the tunnel beside the exit ramp that you can only get to with lev. You can also get to the tunnels by dropping off the first bridge down from the gate house.He is slowable, rootable, and can be soloed by a 60 Enchanter. The spawn I killed (3/30/18) had a max hit of 164. The nearby Sarnak in the tunnel will completely buff him haste/sow/etc so dispell to pull is recommended.
Patch change 20 Feb, 2012: Nilbog: iksar betrayer spawn in Chardok changed to roaming phs, with more possibilities of spawning.
