Description
Summons and 60% hastes itself, dispel is advised. His placeholder is Decayed Kylong Iksar. His room has four additional spawns in it (one behind a invisible wall and WILL social through it), all of which are warriors.
On the Green server this is a /list camp and the range extends just into the room next to the PH. Pulling additional basement mobs will require running down the timer.
As of 6/6/23 this is no longer a /list camp on Green
