To efficiently spawn Amontehepna, kill every [[An Ancient Mummy]] on the floor and he may spawn in place of a mummy on the next round.  He may actually only spawn at a subset of the mummy spawnpoints but he has been seen at wandering mummy spawn points as well as stationary points.  <strike>Only he shares a spawn cycle with the mummies; [[Narmak Berreka]] and the [[maggot infested flesh]] are both on the [[a shadow]] and [[oozing flesh]] spawn cycles.</strike> (This information is incorrect - Narmak's PH is in-fact a mummy and Amontehepna has spawned at stationary shadow points 3 of the last 4 times I have killed him (2-14-22)

It is possible to have Amontehepna and Cara Omica up at the same time.

Every mob on the 4th floor is a possible PH.
