Lowers agro (similar to a Rogue's evade skill). Very important for raid Wizards. Spell scroll is NO DROP.

Attacks the mind of your target, causing them to forget some of the damage you have done to them.

Decrease Hate by 400

Cast on You	You stagger from a blow to the head.
Cast on Other	Someone staggers from a blow to the head.
Wears Off

This is obtained via a quest - Brain Bite (Good) or Brain Bite (Evil)
