Part 1 (Optional)
Any mob, even trivial ones, can drop the items for this part of the quest. Frequency of drops appears to have significant variations for some reason.
Once you have all three (3) items, give them to an aged chronicler; It is not known whether this can be multiquested:
Your reward is:
- A Tattered and Worn Note — No known use other than to provide background info (i.e. flavor)
- 2×Corrupted Body Part
Part 2
Any non-trivial mob can drop Corrupted Body Part but you can also obtain these via Part 1 of this quest (above). The frequency of Corrupted Body Part dropping appears to vary significantly, and can be less than 1% (only 2 drops in 250 kills so far).
