Walkthrough
You get this after completing the goblin raider quest. The captain now wants you to hunt goblin battlemasters. They sometimes drop Goblin Bracers. Bring him 4 of these and you will receive a random piece of Faydark Ringmail Armor, which has the same AC as ringmail/chainmail, plus stat modifiers.
Need all dialogues, /loc of Captain Keatar, current faction hits if any, list of quest rewards.
