Edge of the Nightwalker: 14/25 Ratio: 0.56 Stats: +8 str/dex/agi
Sebilite Croaking Dirk: 10/18 Ratio: 0.555~ Stats: +2 cha/agi 4ac Resists: +5 mr/pr
Green Jade Axe: 17/34 Ratio: 0.5 Stats: STR: +10 str -15 sta +25hp Resists: +5 dr +15pr

Slow -vs- Fast Offhands SLOW: will not interrupt casters but you won't kill yourself on mobs with a Damage Shield. FAST: interrupts casters reliably but you will easily die to a Damage Shield.
If you're encountering a mob that does not cast and does not have a damage shield the slow offhand will win on DPS.
