Walkthrough

Captain Keatar is located at -3440, 3320 in the Ranger guild building.

You get this after completing the goblin raider quest. The captain now wants you to hunt goblin battlemasters. They sometimes drop Goblin Bracers. Bring him 4 of these and you will receive a random piece of Faydark Ringmail Armor, which has the same AC as ringmail/chainmail, plus stat modifiers (+CHA).

Captain Keatar says, 'Good work!! Please accept this piece of armor. It was crafted in Felwithe for the swiftly moving rangers of this outpost.'

You get the following faction changes:

You gain experience!! (didn't even move the bar to a 22 ranger)
