Description
This guy is blue at level 25 - semi high magic resist but you can easily solo him for very easy experience up to level 29. Does not agro wandering Gnome Watchman.

- Frebin is on a 7 minute spawn timer (enough time to med to 100%)
- You can kill him 8.5 times an hour = 1.5 gold bars of exp from 25-28
