Obtain a Brazier_of_Elemental_Summoning plus a good heavy-hitting weapon (Jarsath_Battle_Sword, Drakkel_Icereaver, Blackened_Iron_Bastard_Sword, Drakkel_Icegrinder, Frost_Giant_Femur, Wu's_Quivering_Staff) and head over to Blackburrow and kill gnolls until level 11-12 (ensure you collect at least 300+ gnoll teeth). Return to Oggok and stock up on spells/skills.

Do first part of epic quest until can do Shield_of_Falsehood quest and then again up to Black_Fur_Boots.
