Description

Alternative way to obtain the Red Dragon Scale. Procs 1500 point lifetap cone AoE (same. Boon of the Garou proc and lifetaps were resisted; possibly immune to lifetaps. Sunstrike and other wizard nukes landed, concussion resisted. Shaman ice nukes land as well. Runs at low hp.
