When you spawn her after the turn-in for the 9th ring quest you have ~10 minutes to make the kill or she will despawn and you will need to repeat the 9th ring quest. No Coldain guards will social aggro with her, you can pull her to zone line. Though she is unslowable and her max hit is 425, she has the lower attack value of a level 44 NPC which makes her easy for a small group of 60s. A level 60 shaman could probably solo her.

Note: She can run down the hole in the council room while fleeing. Pull her to Thurgadin zone line to reduce this risk.
