At 725,-2350 you'll find "a rogue lion" standing by a tree, and it does not move. This is the ph for Tarbul, respawn is 6 minutes and 40 seconds. (April 2021 GREEN, this Lion now does path, unclear if Tarbul paths (killed him before he had a chance to walk)). You can also try -1151,-1028 or -1347, -2217 (he roams).
