Description

He is a mini-Cazic Thule, the god's avatar on the material plane. He has a fairly nasty harm touch. It is thought that this is the former Cazic puppet from the Plane of Mischief, stolen along with the Puppet Strings and given a new purpose here.

He can be found via the back temple, which is guarded by silvered guards. The placeholder is A lizard champion in the center of the bubble. The AoF (and placeholders) are on a 22 min timer.

Not the most susceptible foe to flattery. 3x Cajoling Whispers from my 222CHA lv42 Enchanter were resisted, while mez, root, slow, and nukes landed without a hitch. Might be immune to charm?
