Description
Found deep in the tunnels under the shaman guild in East Cabilis. You can also use the water tunnels if you know how to jump up at the right spot.
Vessel is extremely resistant to magic, so much so that many people believe he is immune to magic. Do not expect to land any spells that don't have a very large resist modifier (Lifetaps, Lures, Theft of Thought). Due to his extremely high MR he is essentially unable to be slowed.
