You will need the following items:

  • A Globe of Mist (from festering hags in Unrest).
  • A Water Ring (from aqua goblin tidal lords in Dagnor's Cauldron).
  • A Ring of Evoluoy (dropped from Feerrott alligators).
  • A Sapphire, bought from jewelry merchants for as little as 105pp.

Bring these items back to Joyce for your Circlet of Mist.
