Description
Spawns on the first floor of the Tower of Frozen Shadows. Clear the right side rooms (Dogs) to get him to spawn - Killing the undead will not pop him!
He can spawn immediately upon the death of any gnoll on the first floor.
He casts Poison / Disease based DoTs, and dispells.
