Description

Spectres are foul, floating undead which wield scythes and wear black, hooded cloaks. Clearly a reference to the grim reaper. They can be found guarding several locations around Norrath that seem to be commonly associated with dark powers.

Oasis of Marr

You can find these spectres in and around the tower on the island in the center of the oasis proper. Spawn locs in Oasis: (-450, 381), (-370, 411), (-397, 393), (-363, 427), (-397, 427)

Respawn time: 16 minutes and 30 seconds

A note about these spawns: it is possible to pull the tight spawns at the top of the tower individually using Cancel Magic. The other spawns will not aggro. This trick does NOT work for the spawns in OOT.

The Feerrott

In the maze of tunnels near the portal to Plane of Fear.

Respawn time: 6 minutes and 40 seconds in Feerrott

If you are a necromancer around 35-36 and plan on fear kiting these in Feerrott, you can usually keep 2-3 dead near the entrance of the tunnels to fear. MAKE SURE to pull them out from the entrance of the tunnels a bit or they will path straight back into them when feared. If they do this, take pet off and wait for fear to wear off of them. Once they are safely away re-snare and fear at leisure. Recommend bringing SoW potions...They run pretty fast. Also, the spawn outside of the tunnels seems to be a static level 36 spawn.

Ocean of Tears

On the Haunted Island south of seafuries.

Respawn time: 6 minutes

Qeynos Aqueducts

Near the Temple of Bertoxxulous. These seem to be much stronger than other spectres.

Respawn time: 22 minutes
