Description
Involved in the Shaman Epic Quest. It looks like a larger than average willowisp and does not emit light. Wanders through most of the zone, but Shaman tend to wait at -500, -5300 for it to path by once every 30 minutes. X on the map is not accurate, go to -500, -5300 and you will get the wandering spirit, be ready to hail lock him before handing in the item.
