Description

These rats wander the Kerra Island dock area. They are unaggressive and do not assist each other, nor do Kerrans assist them. On P99 they are uniformly level 11. The exception to both of these rules is Fang Tooth's guard, which is both highly aggressive and a few levels higher than the other rats.
