Hail Seloxia Punox and she will say that he has a little test for the young warrior. She wants you to deliver a report to Ambassador K'rynn {sic} in the Ogre city of Oggok. Tell her you will venture to Oggok and she gives you a note.
Take it to K'ryn (yes it is spelled differently) for some xp and change. He spawns near the Shaman's Guild, and is not always there. I am told that he spawns at 10:00 a.m. Game Time and stays for about 2 hours.
He will then give you a report to deliver back to Seloxia. She will reward you with a minor item.
