Description
Found in the underwater ice caves, roams. Be careful when charming for the turn in, just like Miragul himself, this Lich will proc a 1500 point lifetap. Enormous agro radius.
Spawn seems to be 7 days plus extended variance delay of ~ 0 to 120 hours. [1]
The above may no longer be true on P99, the most recent spawn on 4/23/2018 had him with an exact 7 day respawn timer after the most recent earthquake. As it currently stands, the Lich's most likely spawn is exactly 7 days.
