You wrote on the Plane of Mischief page:

However, that is incorrect: the data in Special:DynamicZoneList is customizable ... it's just derived. In other words, you don't edit Special:DyanmicZoneList directly. Instead, you edit particular mobs/items/etc., because the dynamic zone lists look at whether pages have the category

If a mob is missing you just need to add that category to their page, and if it shouldn't show up you just need to remove it. But I'm going to go ahead and remove your custom section as there should be no need for it.
