Walkthrough
In Highpass Hold, there is a secret area under the pond near the Orc side.
This hidden area is a smugglers den.
Once through, walk around until you find Dyllin Starsine (Only person in there that looks like a Qeynos Guard).
Dyllin Starshine is roughly on a 6-8 hour respawn timer with no PH (place holder). He can spawn in a range of levels from 12 to 16 and hits relatively hard for a moderately under geared player in the teens and has about 600 HP (hit points).
Dyllin Starshine at average faction will not aggro, nor will the smugglers, so it's a safe area to bind point for those that can, and it's a safe area to stay at for hours on end.
Careful, although the smugglers will not be KoS (kill on sight) they will assist Dyllin Starshine in the fight if he nears their location or vise versa, which is roughly about a 10 meter aggro radius until they notice Dyllin is being attacked and help him.
Kill him and loot page 30.
Now you will need to travel to Qeynos and find the Crow's Tavern.
Moodoro Finharm is in the Crow's Tavern but you can wait until he comes out of the tavern to puke in the pond.
Give Moodoro Finharn 2 gold and he will give you the book to combine Pages 30 and 34 in.
Then give him 4 gold and you will receive a card. If it is a Jester, give it back to him in return for page 34.
You may get a lot of different cards but you need the Jester so be prepared to spend a bit of money here.
Once you have both Pages 30 and 34 in your possession, combine them and create the Testament of Vanear.
