The Chief of the West Karana Ogre tribe. Unique shaman with the ability to Harm Touch. Goonda spawns between two other ogre shamans and four ogre guards and usually has a pet. He respawns every 17 minutes, unlike the rest of the camp which respawns every 22 minutes.
