Description

Find him in the temple with two entrances in the east branch of the valley. The entrance to this temple is at around 225, -750. Not in the pair of opposing temples labeled B and C on the map. He spawns in the north east room at (536, -902), then paths into the looping hallway, circumnavigating the temple. [1] He has a 40 minute placeholder with the same route. He is a very rare spawn listed as a 15% chance.

Modani is indifferent to all as an enchanter epic quest NPC. The surrounding scorpikis are on Venril Sathir faction (similar to the Outpost).

Will give you an Enchanters Sack if you hail him.
