At (725,-2350) you'll find "a rogue lion" standing by a tree, and it does not move. This is the ph for Tarbul, respawn is 6 minutes and 40 seconds. (April 2021 GREEN, this Lion now does path, unclear if Tarbul paths (killed him before he had a chance to walk)).

Or try loc (-1151,-1028) or (-1347, -2217), roams.

Tarbul was observed spawning at -2300,-790.
