This quest and it's items may have actually been added Nov 2000 and not Sep 2000.

I had my monk who picked up the traitors heart, gave it to master rixiz along with the 2 unstacked sapphires and nothing happened. According to the info on the main page, anyone is supposed to be able to do this quest who had the items and faction. Im an iksar who is amiable. Im not sure what is missing, or the page info is wrong and not anyone can do this.
