This spell is currently bugged:
- prior to the Nov 20th 2021 it dealt 24 damage every 6 seconds.
- after the Nov 20th 2021 patch it dealt no damage at all.
- The Nov 19th 2022 patch supposedly fixed it however it now deals almost double damage at around 36 damage every 6 seconds for about 396 damage (3.3 DPM).*
