Lyssa's Cataloging Libretto is missing from the merchants list.

I've added Instrument and Location information to the listing, so you don't have to hunt through the giant listing of spells to know if something is available in your city/where you can get to. It looks a little cluttered, but I'm not familiar enough with this wiki to try and stuff it into a table.
Let me know if you'd prefer the old style, and I won't convert any more over.
Update: Figured out tables. How's this look?

The chart that was added shows spells not currently in game, and does not display their location. Do we want to edit or add to the new chart?
