Description
Find him in the temple with two entrances in the east branch of the valley. The entrance to this temple is at around 225, -750. Not in the pair of opposing temples labeled B and C on the map. He spawns in the north east room at (536, -902), then paths into the looping hallway, circumnavigating the temple. - He can also spawn in the static spawn locations (have seen this more than once). - [1] He has a 40 minute placeholder with the same route. He is a very rare spawn.
To get him to spawn without lowering faction, charm the placeholder and send it into other scorpikis. Let it die, then Blanket of Forgetfulness to drop aggro. Wait 40 minutes and repeat.
Modani is indifferent to all as an enchanter epic quest NPC. The surrounding scorpikis are on the Venril Sathir Faction.
Tell him "I need a sack" to get an Enchanters Sack.
