Can make Vale Leather Armor (tailored with smithing components). Use a Vale Forge for the smithing. Use a Vale Sewing Kit for the tailoring.

Tailoring
There are two sets: "vale studded leather" and "vale reinforced leather". Both sets can be imbued for deity restriction: Karana (plains pebble).
Vale Studded Armor:

- Imbued Vale studded leather
Vale Reinforced Armor:
- Vale reinforced leather
- Imbued Vale reinforced leather
- Note: As a point of clarification, the studs and boning used in the actual tailoring of these recipes use the "normal" recipes and ore, in "normal" forges.
