Classic Items

Are the missing Ravenscale pieces (belt, cloak, ...) classic?

http://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=983 shows them dropping from some seemingly new mob in Steamfont.

Also there aren't any links to them from the Cazic Thule page (else their item pages would have been added).
