If your faction is high enough (probably at least amiable), Bumle Reminjar (found at 1383, 133, in the Paladin guild) will reward you for every 4 Aviak Talons (from Krag elders) you bring him.
Upon hand-in:
Bumle Reminjar says, 'Ahh! you are truly brave, ____!'
- Your faction standing with Clerics of Underfoot got better.
- Your faction standing with Kazon Stormhammer got better.
- Your faction standing with Miners Guild 249 got better.
You gain experience!!
Need faction required to receive quest.
