Description

Shellara or her placeholder spawns above the big mermaids' hole/tube. The PH is any of the mermaids that spawn up there. I've personally seen it in 4 different spawn locations for the mermaids. She can also spawn in the rooms above Cauldronbubble or in Estrella's temple.
