* New theory, to be confirmed (based on a log parse of a single 6 hour camp): apparently, after killing the PH, when the NEXT spawn (not the PH that was just killed) is going to be a Plague Rat, it will spawn in 6m30s. If the NEXT spawn is anything else, including a Giant Rat, it will spawn in 16m after killing the current PH. So the timer between spawns being "random" is NOT linked to the PH that is up, but to the PH that will follow it.
