EverQuest contains a number of illusions which players can cast themselves, or cast using various items. This page lists all such illusions.

Illusions that come from items: Amulet of Necropotence gives a Skeleton illusion, Ball of Golem Clay gives an Earth Elemental illusion, Illusionists Stone gives a Tree illusion along with Maple Leaf Mask giving Treeform.
Neriad Shawl gives you the Water Elemental illusion.

To see which face your character will have when they cast a racial illusion, consult the following:
