__NOTOC__
The Plane of Hate is only accessed via wizard-only Alter Plane: Hate spell. Each cast of the spell uses up a reagent called Fuligant Soulstone of Innoruuk. The stone is sold by a vendor in the dark elf clerics guild, in Neriak 3rd Gate for ??pp. Level limit on the portal is 46 - if you are 45 or less, you will be left behind. Safest place to pull to is southwest corner - behind house S on the map. No mobs go there on their own.
