Nerissa Clothspinner  wanders around outside the North gates.  Talk to her and hear her tale of woe.  She will tell you that she misses her warrior sister, and will give you a letter to deliver to her sister somewhere in the Karanas.  The sister is located in East Karana in a cave.  Deliver the note to her, and she will thank you and give you a monogrammed cloth veil to take back to her sister. (Faction +Steel Warriors, +Guards of Qeynos,  -Corrupt Qeynos Guards,  -Freeport Militia, +Knights of Thunder) She will then be rewarded for talking to you by being attacked by a guard and killed.  Serves her right. Deliver the note to Rihtur Shadowbane in the shadowknight guild tp get some xp and the following faction adjustments:  positive Bloodsabres, corrupt qeynos guards and Opal Darkbriar and negative Guards of Qeynos and Priests of life. You can also take the veil back to Nerissa and she will reward you for allowing her sister to die. Ain't evil fun.

This quest begins with Rihtur Fullome located at (357, -450) in the Qeynos Aqueducts.

You say, 'Hail, Rihtur Fullome'

From here, you can speak to Nerissa for hints as to her whereabouts.

You may also complete Nerissa's quest to receive the Monogrammed Cloth to turn in.

Milea can be found in East Karana. For the sake of being evil, we choose to kill her.

You loot a Monogrammed Cloth.

You return to Rihtur Fullome and hand him the Monogrammed Cloth.

Rihtur Fullome says, 'Hah! Well done indeed!'

You gain experience!!

In the Good version of this quest, Rihtur sends Guard Elias to do his dirty work.
