After the Nov 6th 2020 patch any giant spider that spawns along the South wall can also spawn Recfek. Only one Recefek can be up at a time, so if you are camping a spot and he's not spawning, you may want to check to see if hes already up somewhere else. (Confirmed 6/25/20[1], more than one spawn point)
