Description

This guy spawns near the zone line to WC inside of Befallen. The spawn is incredibly rare and the spawn timer (at least on Green/Teal) is somewhat randomized. When a giant rat is killed, the next PH can spawn in either 6 minutes, 30 seconds or in 16 minutes (not sure if this is accurate anymore, as every rat i killed was always a 16 min respawn(Green Server 05/16/2020)); when the PH is ice boned skeleton, a large skeleton, or a ghoul the respawn time will be 16 minutes. Be prepared to camp 6-10 (or even 15) hours for a single Gynok spawn. You will know that a placeholder has spawned because it will say "You have disturbed my rest! Suffer as I have!" as soon as it pops.

As of May 25th 2021 the respawn time on Green is confirmed to be 16 minutes.
