Walkthrough
This quest is given to you by Shamus Felligan (he is outside the Shaman's guild). The activation sentence is "I will hunt the goblin casters".
Ice Goblin Casters spawn in one location (-965, -1555) in Everfrost and are an uncommon spawn. They can be found by following the right side wall after leaving the one guard area. Eventually, you will come across two igloos. Casters and Scouts spawn here.
About 1 out of every 4 spawns is a caster, and about 1 in 10 drop the necklaces.
The items dropped can be either "Shattered Caster Beads", or more rarely, "Caster Beads". If you bring the Shattered Caster Beads to Shamus, you receive faction with the guild, experience, coin, and a minor item.
If you return the Caster Beads, you receive a Gavel of Justice.
