I did the Math

Sow / Wolf Form / Selos Comparison

When I started my bard, someone told me that the Bard's Selos even without a drum was faster than SoW. So I did the math, and created this graph based on the figures on this wiki and the answer turns out to be - well, it depends!

The calculation I used for all the stats was as follows: LevelDiff: ( MaxLevel - MinLevel ) StatDiff: (StatAtMaxLevel - StatAtMinLevel) CharacterDiff: (Character Level - MinLevel ) LevelStatRatio: StatDiff / LevelDiff Stat: StatAtMinLevel + ( LevelStatRatio * CharacterDiff )

So at level 60: Form of the Howler gives the following increase in run-speed.

• LevelDiff: ( 65 - 54 ) = 11
• StatDiff: ( 67 - 62 ) = 5
• CharacterDiff: ( 60 - 54 ) = 6
• LevelStatRatio: 5 / 11 = 0.45R
• Stat: 62 + ( 0.45R * 6 ) = 64.72R

My understanding is that Stats are rounded down, this will be tested today.
