- A note (given by turning in the shadowed scythe to Vurgo)
- Fungus Eye (drops from Mortuary Fungus behind the trick wall in the basement of The Estate of Unrest)
- Shadowed Knife (drops from A goblin headmaster in Ocean of Tears)
- Fire Opal (drops from treants in South Karana, specters in Oasis of Marr, and cyclops). Buyable in the Solusek Ro Temple for 550gp (NOT 55pp!) from Genni.
Note:
- One must FIRST turn in the Shadowed Scythe to Vurgo to recieve "A note"
- One may now turn in the items to Vurgo, these items being "A note", a Fungus Eye, A Shadowed Knife, and a Fire Opal.
