No one except master server developer Nilbog knows Green's exact schedule.
On the Green announcement post, Nilbog gave an anticipated schedule, which was edited in April 2020 by Rogean to show two dates pushed back, then edited again to remove the dates entirely. No explanation was given for removing the dates, and no other announcement with new dates has been made on 04/30/2020.
Although the predictive value of these dates is now very dubious, here is what they were:

MayJune 2020: Temple of Solusek Ro opens / Legacy items cease to drop - August 2020: Plane of Sky
- November 2020: Ruins of Kunark
- April 2021: Epics
- July 2021: Scars of Velious

This page attempts to "guess" (in an educated fashion) Green's schedule, based on the classic EverQuest patch notes (from March 1999 to December 2001). Because it is written by players and not Nilbog, it must be stressed that these are only anticipated dates.

- NOTE: For development reasons this patch may, unclassically, be in Green at its start, instead of being patched in when timeline-appropriate (ie. February 17, 2000, roughly two weeks after the Plane of Sky patch).
