Description
GM rogue hidden away in the smugglers' tunnels near High Keep. He is able to spawn Stanos Herkanor for any rogue of level 50 or higher who tells him they [need to see Stanos]. He has A Smuggler as his placeholder if he has despawned or been killed and a 20 minute respawn time. Take care fighting here, as Cyrla Shadowstepper may assist wither the smuggler or Anson.
